Hi, I'm Sam.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Burnaby, with over 10 years of clinical counselling experiences in children, youth, and adults for, supporting people on their journey toward an authentic life that feels TRUE to who they are!

Do you feel alone? Like:

Endlessly carrying all things alone and nobody understands you?

Feeling drained and empty every day, and wondering why you're living your life?

I know, and I see you. Really.

Sam Lam Counselling is a safe space where you don't have to face life's challenges alone. We explore your inner world together, make sense of "what happened deeply", and work together toward greater understanding and well-being.

Do I Need Therapy?
Does My Child Need Therapy?

In our life,
we quite often experience adversities:
low self-confidence, low motivation,
social expectations, relationship difficulties, etc.

You may know exactly what's wrong.
You've tried your best to make things different.
Yet the same struggles keep showing up.
Again and again.

so that change can finally begin.

You Begin to Trust Yourself.

There is a real, living person who sees you,
understand your pain.
This is where healing begins.
