Messages sent to Sam L Counselling may be stored electronically, including through website and communication platforms used by the practice. Records may be retained for at least 11 years, or longer if required by law or professional standards, until laws or related requirements may change.

B. Sensitive Information

At this stage, please avoid sharing highly sensitive details, including information related to abuse, assault, legal matters, workplace injuries, disability claims, or other significant personal concerns. We can discuss these topics once you have reviewed and agreed to the counselling consent and privacy policies.

C. No Counselling Relationship Yet

Until consent forms and service agreements have been completed, you are not formally considered a client, consultee, or supervisee of Sam L Counselling. Submitting a message through this website and email does not establish a counselling relationship.

 

D. Safety Concerns

If information shared with Sam L Counselling suggests there may be a risk of serious harm to yourself, another person, or an animal, steps may need to be taken to support safety. This could include contacting appropriate individuals, services, or authorities.
