Turquoise
— The Colour of Healing, Protection, and   Transformation

At the heart of our practice is the belief that healing begins through presence with genuine human connection. We are committed to creating a genuine relationship where you feel truly accepted, deeply seen, and safely witnessedexperiencing non-judgemental acceptance where you will reconnect back with your inner world and experience what is truly alive within you.

Healing begins with the therapist's genuine acceptance... and it continues through embodied experience — reawakening the innate psyche that has long been forgotten and buried, allowing authentic self-acceptance to emerge.

Like the ocean, our healing coming in waves. Our inner world holds depths. Through deeper understanding about yourself, we hold space for the mystery within where you can safely explore, reconnect, and embrace the emotions and parts of yourself that have quietly waited to be seen, recognized, and protected.

The Emotional Balance — Turquoise as a Channel for Reconnection

We hope ... you will have a sense of openness, spaciousness, and peace, as a colour inspired by the meeting of ocean and sky.

Emotional balance does not mean the absence of difficult feelings. Instead, it means developing the capacity to recognize, understand, and move through our emotions with greater compassion. Turquoise symbolizes this process of reconnecting, bringing our thoughts, feelings, memories, and experiences into a more integrated sense of self.

A space where healing can take place

We hope... in therapy, you experience the power of presence — a pathway toward change. Healing happens through acceptance and true relationships. I'm dedicated to creating a safe and supportive relationship to  reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been hidden, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Like turquoise symbolizing renewal and rebirth, counselling can become a journey of rediscovering our inner strength and reconnecting with our authentic selves.

A Space to Explore Your Inner World

We hope... you will discover just how deep and rich your inner world truly is. Like the ocean under the iceberg, our behaviors are fascinatedly driven by our vast, deep, and mysterious inner world. Beneath the surface, there are emotional memories, beliefs, and experiences that quietly shape how we understand ourselves and interact with others. Some patterns may remain hidden until we have the opportunity to gently explore them.

An Invitation — Enter Our Inner Landscape

We hope... you just stay curious. Counselling is an invitation to enter this inner landscape with curiosity and compassion. It is a process of discovering the deeper parts of ourselves, understanding what influences our thoughts and behaviours, and creating new possibilities for growth and transformation.
